Mizuho Kazami

This is Aiko 3 with an Anime head called Mizho. Old files, from 2006 I think. Took some tinkering for me to get working as you have to have the correct Aiko cr2 files. Adds another look to Aiko but the head has the same measurements so standard Aiko hair will fit.
